Having worked in some of Paris's finest palaces, including the Lutetia and Cheval Blanc, Chef Ludovic Pigeat has retained the art of meticulous preparation and memorable flavours.
His generous, elegant cuisine oscillates brilliantly between French gastronomy and Asian fantasy, while allowing himself to be inspired by Neuchâtel's terroir.
This gourmet escapade, from starter to dessert, echoes the exceptional setting of La Table du Palafitte.
Day or night, the sky merges with the waters of Lake Neuchâtel, and its falling light casts a unique atmosphere over the dining room or terrace.
Culinary variations
In the evening, the chef and his brigade offer a more elaborate palette. Each dish is tinged with original combinations, unexpected condiments, sauces, emulsions or juices that add a touch of Asia.
There is a choice of two menus of four or six courses, as well as à la carte options.
Sunday Brunch
Bathed in the soft, soothing light of the lake, La Table du Palafitte is filled with a farandole of flavours every Sunday for Brunch. Chef Ludovic Pigeat's brigade has mastered the art of putting local specialities, classics and more substantial dishes in the spotlight.
Comfortably seated facing the exceptional lakeside scenery, the idea is to take the time to enjoy the generous buffets.
